Our employees have several years of professional experience at the National Institute of Rheumatology and Physiotherapy.
Dr. Pálinkás Márton Ph.D.
He is an assistant professor at the National Institute of Locomotor Organs, an assistant professor at the Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Prevention Department Group of the Department of Internal Medicine and Hematology at Semmelweis University. He participates in the graduate and postgraduate education of Semmelweis University in Hungarian and English. Regular lecturer in Hungarian and English at rheumatology professional conferences.
He obtained his PhD degree in 2023 at the Doctoral School of Molecular Medicine of Semmelweis University.
Monek Bernadett
Head of the Central Physiotherapy Department of the National Locomotor Institute since 2013.
She has been working in the field of rheumatology for 21 years, since 2011 the National Rheumatology and Physiotherapy Institute. In 2003, she obtained a degree in physiotherapy at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the Semmelweis University, where she subsequently participated in the theoretical and practical teaching of rheumatological physiotherapy, kinesiology and electrotherapy for more than 10 years. In 2011, obtained a qualification as a manual therapist at Semmelweis University, as well as an MSc degree from Semmelweis University, Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences.
As a physiotherapist, she specializes in the complex treatment of musculoskeletal problems. Postgraduate she is also guided by this goal during her training, learning and mastering the most effective methods for the patient’s recovery.

Máhli Zsuzsanna
In 2004, I obtained my degree in physiotherapy at Semmelweis University, and then started working with skull and brain injuries at the National Medical Rehabilitation Institute. Later, I worked as an occupational therapist at the Neurorehabilitation Department of St. Imre Hospital. In 2014, I graduated as a certified physiotherapist. I teach at Semmelweis University, currently as a lecturer. Through my continuing education and psychological studies, I place great emphasis on motivating patients and ensuring success. My specializations include physiotherapy for neurological and rheumatological diseases, rehabilitation after stroke and traumatic brain injury, and ergotherapy.
Cserdi Nóra
In Budapest, at Semmelweis University, I graduated as a physiotherapist (BSc, 2016) and certified physiotherapist (MSc, 2018). I have been working at the National Institute of Rheumatology and Physiotherapy for four years in the treatment of musculoskeletal and immunological pathologies. I specialize in the treatment of spine problems and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, including Schroth therapy and manual therapy. I also work as an educator and researcher in order to always help my patients with up-to-date knowledge.
Nagy-Telek Angelika
I have been interested in the human body and various therapeutic options since I was in elementary school. I graduated from Semmelweis University with a degree in physiotherapist. My goal is for my patients to learn to reduce their pain and correct abnormal movements. My specializations include the treatment of back and joint problems, neck pain, limb numbness and radiating pain, as well as the use of spinal exercises and manual techniques.
Szőke Zsófia
I graduated from the Zalaegerszeg Faculty of the University of Pécs, majoring in Physiotherapy and Physiotherapist. My love for sports led me to help others through exercise. My goal is for everyone who feels pain or has difficulty moving to receive appropriate therapy and learn how to help themselves with my guidance. My specializations: treatment of neck, back and lumbar pain, spinal exercises, treatment of small and large joint problems, treatment of limb numbness and radiating pain, rehabilitation after sports injuries and surgeries, manual techniques and TR therapy.

OrfizioNagy Lőrinc
I am Lőrinc Nagy, therapeutic and sports masseur. As a massage therapist, I have been working at the National Institute of Rheumatology and Physiotherapy since 2014, and since completing my studies, I have been continuously helping my training partners and friends in the treatment of sports injuries and supporting their training. In addition to all this, as an instructor, I participate in the practical massage education of Swedish, medical and sports masseurs.
I know him as an active athlete and sports masseuse, and I often come across sports-related overloads and changes in the body, so I can treat such cases purposefully. With my many years of experience as a masseur working in rheumatology care, I can provide competent help in the treatment of diseases affecting the musculoskeletal system.
Zavaczky Éva
I obtained my bachelor’s degree in nursing in 1999, at the then still existing Haynal Imre University of Health Sciences.
I worked for a short time in public and then private healthcare, after the arrival of my three daughters I continued my activities as a freelancer for 12 years, in addition to full-time motherhood. Healthcare remained the guiding thread of my further studies: in 2007, I obtained a qualification as a massage therapist, followed by courses in lymphatic massage, cellulite massage, and reflexology. In 2019, with the physiotherapy assistant qualification, I changed professional groups and got a job at ORFI, where I worked as a physiotherapy assistant for about a year, and then as an active part of the COVID care. I am currently in charge of the electrotherapy department.
